Pricelist – projects of family houses
The price of the project of the “turn-key” construction is usually set upon the agreement between the customer and the architect according to the demand of processing and solution of the designed construction or the interior. Every project is specific thus we shall process particular quotation free of charge in dependence on the rate of solution interest and complexity for every demand.
The construction project shall contain:

The method of approximate calculation of price shall be applied to the calculation of the implementation price according to the total floorage of the construction.

above-standard house solution – 26,000.00,- SKK/m2 +19% VAT
Initial design of the family house:
Upon addressing we shall be glad to process the initial design of the family house tailored to your needs which shall contain basic layout solution of the house, 3D spatial visualisations and simple animation of the construction scheduled for 30 design hours.
The price of the initial design is Eur 500,- VAT incl. and it can be deducted from the total price of the final construction project.
