CASTLE BYSTŘICE N/ÚHL, KLATOVY, CZ / total restoration of the castle and the castle grounds /

- the construction is being implemented in phases
- private investor SD Corporation, s.r.o., Plzeň
- currently there is a part of the castle No. 46, a building of administration and servants from the turn of the century, in the area before the completion of a complete restoration
total capacity for accommodation will be realized in the castle and in the area :
– main castle part 18 apartments and flats
– apartment housing / new building /, 16 apartments
– building no. 46 – 6 apartments
– in the castle we propose a restaurant, wine bar, restoration of the
Ancestral Hall for social events and cultural events
About Project
Apartment hotel, Château Bystřice nad Úhlavou, Klatovy, Czech Republic
- Design for the complete redevelopment of an existing château and adjacent buildings as part of the complete renovation of a national cultural monument château and the surrounding estate in Bystřice nad Úhlavou, Klatovy District, Czech Republic.
- This part of the area deals with new accommodation capacities in the château annex, including 19 apartments.
- Project developed in 2016–2017. Construction is in the preparation phase

Renovation of a former restaurant from the turn of the century located in Modra – Harmónia, currently converted into a luxurious residence.
